Phoebe Puntey Memorial Hospital:

Greene & Associates has been performing work on a regular basis at Phoebe Putney since 2004. Our initial project was the renovation of the grease waste system for the main kitchen within the hospital. This project incorporated replacement of all the under floor waste piping without any disruption of the normal operation of the kitchen. Greene received national recognition for this project in the July 2004 issue of P&M Magazine. Since then, Greene & Associates has performed the plumbing on numerous projects for this owner, including:

Center for Ambulatory Services, Medical Center of Central Georgia:

Greene & Associates, Inc. performed the HVAC on this project. A 120,000 square foot 4 story facility, the HVAC system included two (2) 400 ton Centrifugal Chillers and two (2) 300kw electric steam boilers. The facility includes ten (10) outpatient operating suites and ten (10) endoscopy suites. Project was completed in 18 months with our portion of the work completed in 12 months.

Addition & Renovations to Upson Regional Medical Center, Thomaston, GA:

This project included a new laboratory and wellness center for the hospital, as well as an addition to the radiology department and renovation of the emergency room. Greene & Associates performed the plumbing for this project, including installation of new medical gases for various areas. Greene & Associates was recognized by Winter Construction as an outstanding subcontractor for 2007 for their performance on this project.

 Baldwin County Law Enforcement Center, Milledgeville, GA:

A new 280 bed county jail and sheriff’s department. Greene & Associates performed the plumbing for this facility, which included the installation of over 130 penal grade plumbing fixtures within the cell areas. This project was completed 3 months ahead of schedule.
