Greene & Associates has performed the Plumbing and/or HVAC for over 40 K-12 projects totaling over $15 million, ranging in size from a classroom wing addition to renovations of existing facilities to new elementary, middle, or high schools. This provides us insight into the make-up of a facility with the ability to foresee what is required at various stages of the project to avoid delays during construction. In the end, we deliver an accurate installation with fully operational systems.

The mechanical systems in higher education facilities tend to be more complex than K-12 projects. Greene & Associates has performed over 20 of these type projects ranging in size from a few thousand dollars to over $2 million. These installations include laboratories with specialty services, systems that allow for reduced energy consumption, zone control for varying loads within a building and centrally monitored HVAC control systems.
