Lakeside Commons Office Building, Macon, GA:

A new 4 story office building on the north side of Macon originally slated to be the corporate headquarters for a local bank. Greene & Associates performed the plumbing and HVAC systems for this facility; including two DX VAV packaged rooftop units (90 and 110 tons) integrated into the building automation system, allowing the owner to see settings within the unit as well as in the spaces.

Renovation of the Old Governor’s Mansion, Milledgeville, GA:

Originally built in 1839 for $50,000.00, this historic structure went thru a complete restoration including the incorporation of new plumbing and HVAC systems. Greene & Associates was the plumbing and HVAC contractor for this project. Much detail and effort was put into making these systems as least intrusive as possible to keep the building as close to its original historic state. Such features as “custom” slot diffusers, humidification control, DDC control system and new structural system within the building to support the HVAC equipment, ductwork and equipment made this project unique and challenging.
